Arnica is a kind of Compositae plant, which is distributed in North America. It contains the essential oil of plant. It is a kind of traditional healing herb for the treatment of bruise injury and blood stasis. It has creeping rhizome and upright aboveground stem, and has Daisy like chrysanthemum in summer.The individual plant is about 6 inches (15 cm) to 2 feet (60 cm) tall. The leaves grow tightly at the bottom of the stem, and the color of the flowers is yellow, a little like a daisy.
