Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is a secondary metabolite of the mycelium of Ganoderma spp. The Ganoderma lucidum fruit body was smashed with a small amount of medium fermentation. After fermentation, the material was centrifugated, the supernatant was concentrated at low temperature and vacuum, dialysis, ethanol precipitation, acetone washing, deproteinization, spray drying, and finally added 10% water to extract dry powder. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is light brown to brown powder, soluble in hot water.
